Please note that personalized items and perishable goods are excluded from our standard return policy unless they are faulty.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack your homeware items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your completed return slip.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Wait for Your Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
